Meeting 5 11 2019 (teleconference #6)
- TT-WMD: Jörg Klausen (JK), Tim Oakley (TO), Tony Boston (TB), Denis Stuber (DS), Guillaume Aubert (GA);

- All codelists are now published at:codes.wmo.int/wmdr as experimental. When the fast track procedure is completed the status will be changed to stable
- There is the need to fix the list of codetables/URIs published in the Manual on Codes to be consistent with what is in codes.wmo.int, see issue #138.
- There is the need to fix the URLs in the code tables 4-01/4-02 and 8-03/8-04, see issue #140 and #141.

- Closed issues: #111, #112, #124, #127, and #133
- Open issues with deadline:
- 31.12.2019: #114, #118, #126;
- 31.01.2020: #113, #134, #135, #136, #137; Discussion/input needed from TT-WMD.
- 30.11.2020: #142, #143. Input needed from ocean and space weather community.
- A new deadline approach (fixed bi-monthly deadlines), as agreed, was added to the workflow.
- Discussion is needed on the "Development branch": Enrico, Luisa and Timo to review the workflow; then to be discussed with Jörg next week.
- The Github project board “TT-WMD Actions” is available at: https://github.com/wmo-im/wmds/projects/4; TT-WMD members are invited to review the actions and follow up on those under their responsibility.
- It was agreed that Github is a good tool but an active approach by TT-WMD Members is needed.
- Bi-monthly summaries/reminder of the issues should be circulated to the TT Members.
- The tentative date for the next teleconference is 21 January 2020, 9:00-10:30 hours (CEST).
- A Doodle poll will be set up for the dates of the next TT-WMD meeting in March/April 2020 (three days Tuesday-Thursday).
