Waste Watcher Local
Waste Watcher v0 🗑️👀 uses the ESP32CAM and a HC-SR04 to capture waste images and record bin fullness metrics. It then saves the data onto a microSD card.

- setup SD card before GPIO pin setup to prevent sd card mounting issues
