Project Management (milestone)

• We all met at TRB and decided upon some action items, see notes
• @Joe/@Bill working on getting the contracting finished
• We're moving to weekly calls since we have a lot to do over the next 6 months so we're going to have our existing management call every other week and then a check-in on the off weeks. I sent out invites.
• @Joe, @Alex, others working on better organizing the website/wiki. Maybe the website is more marketing focused and the wiki more internal / in-the-weeds focused?
• Add visibility on the new AMPO website as well
• Created our first GitHub release; @Ben update release process in User's Guide to include creating GitHub releases

Task 4 I/O Improvements (milestone)

• Jeff completed the saving of logsums revisions and now I need to review and update the docs
• These changes will go into a develop branch and we'll create a new example_estimation example.

Task 5 TNCs (milestone)

• I've started implementing the design we discussed at TRB
• @Ben add discussion about CT-RAMP 2 approach

Task 6 Model Developer Tutorial (milestone)

• The tutorial will:
  • Be integrated with the online user's guide to avoid duplication
  • Split into two tutorials - application (auto own example) and development (add TNCs)
• @Ben add link to issues page for ActivitySim questions/support
