Meeting 2 Minutes

Discussed materials posted in last week's lab, Discussing Team names.

Confirmed that the team has chosen to do the course grades database.

Discussed assumptions about the project which had been noted in a word file "Team Project Details"

In the discussion that followed some details were pointed out by the customer:

• Integers for grades need to be large decimals points for precision. Students can repeat year certain grades will go forward.
• AJAX file upload and download, drag and drop (possibly). Colour Codes would be nice to have. Bug tracker for site improvements.
• Changes shouldn't Concatenate, if a course is changed, it should not change past years students' grades.
• Late hand in variable in grade calculation.
• Course Descriptions for every year if it changes, sort of an update log.

The team suggested to create some wireframes and an ER diagram to present in next week's meeting

• Andrew and Sonali were tasked with creating the wireframes
• Chuyu, George and Fraser were tasked with creating the ER Diagram for the database
