Main Conclusions

During our meetings with the customer we need to guide the conversation more and explain things more clearly, showing diagrams and PowerPoints where possible. We also need to set clearer goals for each team member and the team as a whole.

Create a PowerPoint/Useful Diagrams for the customer before next meeting
