Introductions given

Review of previous Sprint:

• Wireframes
• Er diagrams
• Went over functionality of database
• Went over Excel documents describing course grades

We discussed the minimum requirements and the must have/ should have / would be nice to have.

Linnea went over the minimum requirements that they see as necessary.

Discussed future plans for next sprint, once we have completed minimum requirements

Disagreement was made regarding the minimum requirements for storing the grade. We had planned on just storing the final grade. Linnea requested that we store each individual question and the score the student was given. Some questions are optional for example, answer 2 out of 3 questions.

We accepted that we would change how exams are stored but compromised on storing the assessed labs. Date associated lab marks.

Flow chart to be made for next week to clear up the understanding behind storing all of this information and calculations.

Prototype of the database to be built so that we have a live model to make changes and move forward instead of trying to understand through discussion and instead move on through example.

Customer would prefer more interactive meetings, PowerPoints and visualizations of what has been talked about in the meeting, and to help keep track of all the information we have produced.
