Reporting Library Fines Across the University

The File Analyzer interface allows the user to filter/sort results by library location, by user id, by fine amount. Individual fines are categorized as paid and as unpaid. Affiliate-library specific files are generated for special fine handling at affiliate libraries.

The File Analyzer interface allows the user to filter/sort results in a number of ways

  • Presence in the ILS, in the University Id system, in both
  • Presence of a user barcode
  • Patron type
  • User expiration status
  • User record updated recently/not updated recently
