The university is migrating to a new accounting system. The ILS invoicing system cannot support the level of detail required by the new accounting system. The Georgetown University Library has written a custom File Analyzer rule to map legacy accounting codes into the fully qualified accounting records required by the new accounting system.
Using the File Analyzer interface, the user can filter for mismatched accounting codes, mismatched supplier codes, and any other format errors from the invoice input file.
