OpenMaine leadership team meeting agenda for June 4, 2020 -- DRAFT
Proposed agenda:
1. Planning for May Meetup (see notes below)
- Zoom format seems to be going well... comments / room for improvement?
- agenda for this month? roles?
2. Active projects
- Food pantries
- Budget
- MaineBallot
- ... others?
3. Nascent or potential projects
- e.g., GPCOG, Preble Street, Library
4. OpenMaine business, such as:
- Documents that still need to be created (or located? I think some things are still scattered in google docs)
- Processes that still need to be defined
- Updates needed or that we should think about for the web site
- Funding: We have $926 in the CfA account (+/- recent updates)
e.g. here:
- March: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BEtBy2DPyUbMzGqmf7sl3g1OgHJcPMABY_HuQzgGcPQ/edit
- April: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yufeRwrWPdhPoX8qAlzALFTWsbbkGFA7bb7yfasWBmw/edit
- May: https://github.com/OpenMaine/Leadership/wiki/Agenda-for-OpenMaine-(virtual)-meeting,-May-21,-2020
General Zoom structure:
6:00-6:15 Intro as Group
- including pointing out the Code of Conduct
- who's here, how are they doing these days
6:15- 6:30 Project Updates
- e.g., COVID-19/pantries, Maine Ballot, ... others
- outside folks, e.g., Marpheen Chenn, Cambodian Community Association of Maine
6:30-7:30 Discussion and/or Project Breakouts
- we have been ending at around 7pm, IIRC
- ... that seems to be about the right length of time for a Zoom meeting
