• Sign MOU by May 1 (best plan for us; grace periods will allow many resources to continue till December 2023)

• Find a new fiscal sponsor
  • Fiscal sponsor meeting April 6, 7pm -- three options will be discussed
  • Open Collective Foundation may be the best bet
    • need to maintain "no political activity", which was also true of CfA
    • 5% of donations goes to them, but 0% host fee for

• Transfer funds
  • DONE; agreement signed by CfA and OpenCollective
