Place and extract NEOSPlus.dll into your Libraries folder. This folder should be at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NeosVR\Libraries for a default install.
There are various ways to start Neos and load this dll:
Through Steam:
add -LoadAssembly "Libraries\NEOSPlus.dll" to your launch options.
Through Neos Launcher:
Open the NeosLauncher.exe in your Neos installation.
Check the NeosPlus.dll under 'Load Extra Libraries'.
Start Neos.
If you want to verify that the Plugin is working you can check your Neos logs (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NeosVR\Logs), or in the contacts page of your dash check if other users are on a standard build. Incompatible sessions will be highlighted pink.
