The PGS tab contains the spanish polygenic scores (PGS) reference distributions for the PGS catalog database. The frequency histograms (Fig. 1.A) were calculated for both genomes and exomes in CSVS. Use the selection tab (Fig. 1.B) to switch between them. Common population stats (e.g. mean, min, max, decile) are shown next to the plot (Fig. 1.C).
You can customize the information displayed in the plot by selecting the population group (Fig. 1.E). Use 'clear' to reset the plot to its default selected subpopulations.
PGS can be searched by id (i.e. PGP000198) or trait description (i.e. breast cancer). Additionally, results can be filtered by the ancestry distribution of the GWAS association study, the training or the evaluation datasets (Fig. 1.D).
