CTFileViewer
Open up a user chosen list of CT files for your organisms and relevant structure CT sampled data as detailed at the top of this page. Once this is done, and you have clicked on / selected an organism to view on the right-hand-side of the application window, notice that there is now a list of CT-file-level structures which are all associated with this same (single) organism you have chosen (see below):
When you click on any single one of the buttons listed under the Files label, a color-coded plaintext view of the relevant CT file used as this input will appear in a separate window. An example of the GTFold version of C. Elegans which comes pre-installed with the source for RNAStructViz (see the sample_structures/* directory) is shown in the screenshot contained below:
RNAStructViz has been developed by the Georgia Tech Research Group in Discrete Mathematics and Molecular Biology (gtDMMB) directed by Professor Christine Heitsch (current credits and citations). All communication about running our software, including instantiating bug reports, feature requests, wiki edits, and general inquiries, is logged via our GitHub issues page.
