EN NodeMCU Pinouts v2, v3
Addition to pinout:
For the NodeMCUs v3, VIN is really there as an input. There the NodeMCU can be supplied with 5V. It is no longer possible to tap the voltage of the USB port there, as was still possible with version 2. Therefore for our project the 5V line of the sensor (PPD42NS or SDS011) has to be connected to VU (directly next to the soldered ESP8266).
Take VU (V USB) for 5 volts on these boards.
