Meeting Notes

Everyone was present.
Aisha has created the communities page and reiterated the home page. Content for communities and channels in it has also been added. By this week, the chat feature in channels has to be implemented.
Liam and Vincent will be working on the Register page.
They will also create 'login users' - this is to show different simulations based on different user preferences/settings, such as the institution they have enrolled to and joined channels.
The usage of Trello and creation of documentation has been emphasized.
With the help of Lorna and Adam (tutor), a zone was created to host and publish our prototype.

This zone will also be used to host our 'About' page - to house our prototype and promotional material, as an addition to our conference poster.
Our Trello Board is now set to Public to enable tutors to see our progress as a team.
By next week on Monday (16/10/2017) we should start with our final sprint - Sprint 5, prepare for our final stand-up (18/10/2017) and change our website prototype to be made available to the public.
User testing for this sprint has been set to happen on Sunday (15/10/2017).
