These are not administrator-facing release notes. They are team-facing (but public) development notes for future reference, especially troubleshooting.

Use Sequoia-PGP instead of gpg/pretty-bad-protocol (#6399)

  • The migration of existing sources (a) is optimistic and (b) may fail, noisily but non-blockingly, for old or damaged sources. (ref)
