Our focus is on testing the must-do alpha features and select proposed beta features. We'll be testing with folks from our support network who are willing, and also building a general journalist recruiting pool. Working with Emmanuel on Redmine survey.

Did the packaging workshop in the morning. Spent some time getting @ntoll's client work packaged up. At the end we had a nice package we were able to install on a fresh Debian VM.
Will make that process more concrete, document it, think about how to maintain that package metadata going forward.
Yesterday: Packaging workshop, decided that for pyqt we'll depend on Debian pyqt. Pipfile for securedrop-client needs to be updated.
