As gpseqc_estimate
makes a heavy usage of the pybedtools
package, many temporary files are created and deleted during the analysis.
In old version (pygpseq v2.1.0
and lower), if the execution crashes or is manually interrupted, some temporary files might not be automatically deleted. In such cases, use the -T
option in gpseqc_estimate
to set a manual temporary directory, and empty it manually.
This has been automatically fixed in newer versions (pygpseq v2.2.0
and higher), so no need to worry!
