gpseqc_compare output

The following files are created when comparing two ranks with gpseqc_compare
:

norm.rank_cmp.pdf
: one page per pair of scores, showing the histogram of distances calculated on shuffled ranks in orange, the actual distance as a vertical dashed red line, and 0.05 and 0.01 as solid vertical light-blue and blue lines, respectively. -
dist.rank_cmp.pdf
,pval.rank_cmp.pdf
: two heatmaps, respectively with the calculated distances/p-values. -
dist.rank_cmp.tsv
,pval.rank_cmp.tsv
: two tables, respectively with the calculated distances/p-values. -
output.rank_cmp.pickle
: a compressed Python object containing a number of intermediate results, for advanced users and debugging purposes only. -
settings.rank_cmp.txt
: the settings of the comparison, useful when reporting bugs.
