gpseqc_compare output

The following files are created when comparing two ranks with gpseqc_compare:

• norm.rank_cmp.pdf: one page per pair of scores, showing the histogram of distances calculated on shuffled ranks in orange, the actual distance as a vertical dashed red line, and 0.05 and 0.01 as solid vertical light-blue and blue lines, respectively.
• dist.rank_cmp.pdf, pval.rank_cmp.pdf: two heatmaps, respectively with the calculated distances/p-values.
• dist.rank_cmp.tsv, pval.rank_cmp.tsv: two tables, respectively with the calculated distances/p-values.
• output.rank_cmp.pickle: a compressed Python object containing a number of intermediate results, for advanced users and debugging purposes only.
• settings.rank_cmp.txt: the settings of the comparison, useful when reporting bugs.
