Module Integration

Danger Zone integrates with a series of other Foundry modules in order to provide enhanced effects and token targeting. Below is a list of the module integrations. It is not required to have these modules installed in order for Danger Zone to work. Module-specific settings will not appear in the applicable forms and will not invoke unless that module is installed and active in the world.

Dynamic Effects Using Active Effects

At the current time the active effect on the Zone Type uses the base active effect form. However, if DAE is installed you will gain any benefits from using DAE when the zone type effect is applied to a token.

FXMaster

Adds additional particle effects from FXMaster to the Weather danger part.

Item Piles

If Item Piles is installed then the Item danger part will include an option to create an item pile that contains the items listed.

Monk's Active Tiles

In the event that the zone type creates a lasting effect, if installed, Monk's Active Tiles actions can be added to that tile. The tile triggers will be set to active, without restriction to token, control or amount of triggers per token, and will trigger on enter 100% of the time. See the wiki page on the lasting effect danger part for more information.

Portal

If installed, the Spawn token danger part is made available in the danger for creating new tokens or altering existing tokens as part of danger trigger.

Sequencer

Sequencer unlocks a host of temporary and persistent visual effects options, including primary and secondary effects on the scene and token effects. See the wiki pages for these related danger parts for more information.

Tagger

Tagger expands the amount of objects that you can use to block portions of a zone. If you add your Block Zone Tag (from Danger Zone settings) as a tag, Danger Zone will exclude the area of the object from the zone. Supported objects include drawings, tiles, walls, lights (using the radius of light) and tokens. This means you can do things like make standing in the light protect tokens from the dangers of the zone or protect the big bad boss person from being targeted by a danger in the zone. If installed, on the Danger form you can also add tags to ambient lights, lasting effects, walls and tokens generated by that Danger. When your Block Zone Tag is added here, it effectively provides you the ability to exclude the grids from the zone where that last effect generates. Tagger can also be used with Source to Target effects when it comes to the primary effect, broadening the entities that you can use as sources. For example, you can tag a token with the Source to Target tag, making it so the primary effect appears to generate from that token.

Times Up

If times up and DAE are installed, then the Active Effect part will include an option to execute the DAE macro each turn.

Token Says

If installed, the Token Says danger part becomes available for use utilizing that module's .saysDirect() method in the API.

Wall Height

If the Wall Height module is active in the world then any walls generated by a danger that have a depth will be given a top and bottom recognized by Wall Height.
