Summary

Include the socialMeta() shortcode to load social media metadata into the document <head>.

Code resides in shortcodes/social-meta.js where there is more technical inline documentation.

Use

Call this.socialMeta() inside the <head> of any template.

Make sure to pass the data object as a parameter.

// layout.11ty.js
module.exports = function (data) {
  return `
    <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html>
      <head>
        ${this.socialMeta(data)}
      </head>
      <body>

      </body>
  </html>
  `
}
