Any maintenance not related to routine cleaning.

Before undertaking any task that involved rewiring, painting the walls, breaking down walls etc. do run it by a reasonable number of paying members first and create a card in the AO for the task.

Compensation for the task should be discussed before and not after, especially if supplies need to be purchased.

Keep in mind DCTRL is a rented space and not owned by the members, so there is a limit to what we can change.

That being said we are always trying to improve our basement home.
