Orientation: AO
The homebrewed organizational software to streamline the governance of DCTRL.
AO incorporates individual task management as well as project management and enforces transparency between members. The use of Cards of varying colours that each have their own specific context is the basis of the organization. A member can create their own deck for collecting their individual ideas, tasks, wants etc. that can be accessed at any time through the AO.
In addition to this, members can see the Cards being created and held within the main network of DCTRL to keep track of events, projects and communication between members.
The AO allows the creation of guilds, which are how groups of members run various projects and handle ongoing responsibilities in the space. For instance, anyone running a meet-up must be a member of the Meet-Up Guild, for the AO there is an AO Guild, for technology related projects and discussion there is the T-Guild.
How to Use the AO (someone more familiar with it than me should make this page)
All new members will be onboarded to the AO as soon as convenience allows and active members are encouraged to make time to teach new members the AO.
