Nema-17 stepper drive for X-axis ...
Horizontal drive for Makerslide carriages.

- GT2 belt mm(754) for 415mm wide frame. Use more as required.
Attach stepper motor to extrusion:
- Insert 4 M3 6mm screws through M3 holes in stepper bracket face plate
- To each screw, add two M3 fiber washers for thermal isolation
- Attach face plate to stepper motor and tighten M3 screws
- Insert two M3 nuts into face plate slots for attaching stepper bracket side plates
- Attach stepper bracket side plates to face plate with two M3 10mm screws and tighten gently
- Attach stepper bracket assembly to first extrusion using 4 M5 screws, 4 M5 washers and 4 M5 extrusion nuts
Complete assembly
- Attach horizontal idler to second extrusion:
- Thread GT2 belt through idler and attach to carriage
- Attach limit switch
