Connectathon Favorite Patient IDs

For every Connectathon the managers publish a list of favorite Patient IDs, Patients that every system should be preconfigured to operate with. This list usually does not change year to year. It is stable enough that it comes with the Toolkit installation. It can be found the the External Cache file: environment/default/pids.txt. The format for this file is described in Patient ID Management.
