MoMA Datasets

The following example data set is available for download to show for which kind of image data MoMA was made. If your image data appears different and you would like to know how to utilize MoMA for its analysis, just contact us!

Example data for running the MoMA application

• MoMA example dataset (10 time points, 2 channels, raw data, 33MB)

NB: we intentionally provide a dataset which is tilted to illustrate how moma_preprocess straightens the growth channels orientation.

• MoMA example fluorescence dataset (10 time points, 1 channel, stacked, raw data, 25MB)

Unpack the archive and enter the folder location in the dialog when running the MoMA application, as explained in the Quick user guide
