PassiveSpell trigger: spellselect

Description:

The listener activates whenever a player selects a spell on a cast or bound item.

String Format Options:

Arguments are optional but may be a string-based Spell Filter.

triggers:
    - spellselect (filter)

Section Format Options:

(Unsupported for now.)
