Radio Groups

There are nine default radio groups for each language. Each group has its own radio playlist. To navigate to the the particular radio group use either arrow keys on a remote control or keyboard. To select the group either touch the button on a touchscreen or press OK button on a remote control or keyboard.

Here are the default radio groups:

1. News. News and sport stations.
2. Culture. Science and talk-show stations.
3. Oldies. Retro music from 90-s, 80-s, 70-s and earlier.
4. Children. The music and talk-shows for kids.
5. Classical. Classical music.
6. Pop Music. All genres of Pop music.
7. Jazz. This genre also includes Blues, Soul and Reggae stations.
8. Rock. Stations broadcasting rock music.
9. Contemporary Music. Techno, Hip-hop, House etc.

Three things happen upon group selection:

1. Player switches to the corresponding playlist.
2. The previously saved station for the selected group will be loaded from the configuration file.
3. Player switches to Station screen and starts playing the station selected in the previous step.

User-defined Radio Groups

It's possible to add new radio group to the existing ones. For that new folder should be created and new stations.m3u file should be provided. Logo images can be also created in the same folder for each radio station. The images should be either in PNG, JPG or SVG format. If there is no station logo image then the default image will be displayed in UI.

If there are more than nine radio groups then pagination buttons will be displayed in UI. They will allow to switch between group pages.
