Issue #515 - Section 9.6.3.5 publisherId - is redundant

Section 9.6.3.5 publisherId - is redundant as it already covered by 9.6.2.3 Publisher ID Grouping Activity. Further - 9.6.3.5 has and ID with an IRI - which is never used.

The team agreed to replace this section with the following to correct the error:

9.6.3.5 publisherId This section is no longer applicable. See section 9.6.2.3 Publisher ID Grouping Activity

Best Practices

Best Practice #4 – LMS Should redirect the browser to location

LMS should always implement the "returnURL"

LMS should not spawn a new window to launch AU (i.e. “popup”). Depending on the settings it could take the following actions to launch an AU:

• OwnWindow – Redirect same window to AU location if Own Window)
• AnyWindow – Either Redirect or use iFrame, or “LightBox”, or etc.

Best Practice #5 – Launching apps on mobile devices.

The either of the following options should be used to launch AU's that are apps on mobile devices:

Option 1: Use an app protocol in the launch URL

• AU is an app
• AU has url with a protocol LMS launches App using URL with app protocol
• An App redirecting to browser is not useful. If an using app protocol to launch, don’t use returnURL.

Option 2: Use and HTML wrapper to launch the app AU is an HTML page (wrapper) that directs from the mobile browser to the app.
