cmi5 AU design Narrative

The group agreed that the cmi5 (AU) design narrative should be treated more like a "training module" than a typical reference document. The document will have actual coding examples in addition to explanations of how to do things and why.

The intended audience will be authoring tool developers and content developers the custom code the their learning content.

The learning goals are:

1. Understand the benefits of cmi5
2. Learn how to connect to an LRS (as an AU) with a cmi5 launch
3. Understand the core and optional cmi5 features (and how to use them)
   • The Session Concept
   • The "LMS.LaunchData" State Document
   • The difference between cmi5 allowed and cmi5 defined Statements
4. Learn how to create well-formed cmi5 statements
