Notes
cmi5 spec issues
The group discussed the following issue at length:
Issue# 629 - 9.3.9 Satisfied - Block/Course id generation wording should be improved
The group agreed that section "9.3.9 Satisfied" should replace the following passages with a central reference (in Section - 9.4 Object) for these Block and Course ID requirements:
-
The LMS MUST generate a unique block id for the Satisfied Statement. The generated Block id MUST NOT match the publisher’s ID from the course structure.
-
The LMS MUST generate a unique course id for the Satisfied Statement. The generated course id MUST NOT match the publisher’s ID from the course structure.
Section 9.4 Object
The group struggled with the most appropriate clarifying language to be added to Section 9.4. The following is a first cut - more discussion will be required:
The LMS MUST include the publisher id Activity (associated with the object activity) for Satisfied and Waived statements in the "grouping" context activities list
