Issue #449 - Can Waived contain a Score?

The group agreed that section "9.5.1 Score" needs to be updated to indicate which cmi5 defined verbs are allowed to use score (and which ones are prohibited from using score). This also needs to be done for all results elements in section 9.5 Result.

The statement in section 9.5

A "cmi5 defined" statement MUST NOT use result properties not specified for that particular verb except in the case of result extensions.

Issue #448 - Can Completed and/or Passed be stored in a Registration for an AU that has been Waived?

The group agreed to close this issue pending the resolution of issue #449

Issue #447 - Launch URL should be recorded in Launched statement

The group aggreed to merge Pull Request #463 and add the following clarification to section 9.6.3.4 launchURL

9.6.3.4 launchURL

LMS usage:

A fully qualified URL equivalent to the one that the LMS used to launch the AU without the name/value pairs included as defined in section 8.1.

Issue #443 - Satisfied session id in case of NotApplicable moveOn

The group agreed to add the following additional change to address the concern over AU launch triggered moveOn:

9.3.9 Satisfied

LMS Obligations

For all “Satisfied” statements triggered as a result of an AU launch session, the LMS MUST use the session id from the AU launch and use it in the statements
