A targeted spell that toggles mob sounds.

Option Description Default Value
target-state Target state (on/off/toggle). toggle

Example:

sound:
    spell-class: ".targeted.EntitySilenceSpell"
    range: 20
    target-state: toggle
    can-target: nonplayers
